Jiangsu Suhua Group Co., Ltd. was completely transformed in June, 2003. At the end of 2003, according to the document SZT (2003) No.22 on the administrative localization of transformed enterprises, the Party committee of our group should be administrated by Party Committee of Nonpublic Economic Organization of Canglang District of Jiangsu Province.

Basing on the guiding ideology of "construct party basing on economic development, develop economy basing on party construction", our Party committee strengthens the construction of party organization and party member group, maintain the progress of party members, exert the advantages of ideological and political work, establish healthy and upward atmosphere, cultivate the staff with lofty ideals, moral integrity, good education and a strong sense of discipline, try to construct a "safe and harmonious Suhua", and accelerate development of enterprise economy. During the recent years, our Party committee has been successively awarded many honorary titles such as "National Advanced Organization for Ideological and Political Work in Chemical Industry", "Advanced Grassroot Party Organization in Jiangsu Province" and "Excellent Enterprise for Ideological and Political Work in Jiangsu Province", etc. It is a model for party construction among non-public enterprises in Jiangsu Province.
